Dandeli became famous for its dense forests, Lush green trees, Mountains, Kali River, resorts in the middle of the forests water activities, etc. I’m sure most of you have heard about this place because of these attractions, right? However, before all these things like around 8 years back, Dandeli was just a small town surrounded by the dense Forest, and there was one place that we, as children, loved to visit and spend time with our fathers and mothers: Dandakaranya Eco Park also known as Disney Park, Dandeli.

Dandakaranya Eco Park is the Heart of Dandeli, as it is surrounded by the big bamboo trees, constructed within the forest. So When you step into Dandakaranya Eco Park for the first time, you’ll feel like you’ve entered a different world. The entrance to this park requires passing through a man-made cave, enhancing the feeling of entering a magical realm.

Before it was just a small garden but now it has become the most popular tourist attraction in the town as the park has now built statues of Cartoon Characters, Avengers like Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Batman, and Superman, then we also have our favorite comedian Charlie Chaplin, which will give you a feeel of the Disneyland.

The park offers cement benches for visitors to sit and relax amidst the forest. It also has a stage where many school or community functions take place. Taking a stroll through this park allows you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

The park is a blast for kids with tons of fun stuff to do! They can bounce on seesaws, zoom down slides, and play all sorts of games.
